Steve Dixon has been appointed senior land manager at the Chiltern
division of Linden Homes. With over 20-years experience, Steve said:
“I will be playing an active role in assisting the division to acquire a
growing number of new sites, with early identification and acquisition,
while building upon Linden’s prestigious reputation as an award-winning
brownfield regeneration specialist.”
Linden Homes Chiltern’s land director, Rob Wyke, added: “We have
already had a number of successes this year, and are keen to keep this
momentum going. Steve’s extensive experience in the south east will

Lisa Davis has joined Connells Survey & Valuation as business
development manager. Lisa’s experience working with developers,
estate agents and mortgage packagers and brokers will support
Connells S&V’s service expansion.
In other appointment news, Colin Dorman has joined as business
development director and Klayre Smith has been appointed head of
client services.

Bathroom retailer, CP Hart, has expanded its marketing department
with Neera Dhillon joining the company in the full time position of
marketing assistant. Neera has a degree in Business Studies from
South Bank University where she specialised in marketing in her
final year.
CP Hart’s managing director, Paul Rowland, said: “Neera’s
appointment is of great importance to the company as we are
currently increasing our attention to detail in all aspects of marketing.
Her knowledge and keen desire to learn more and is going to be a

following the arrival of Vivien Hall. With over 10-years experience, Vivien
said: “I have worked in a fairly unique mix of roles, combining corporate
positions, account management in creative agencies and work in the public
sector promoting leisure facilities and major events, which has given me
an insight into a wide range of businesses, how they operate and the
value they place on marketing.”
Her day-to-day job entails developing the overall marketing plan,
managing agencies for public relations, advertising, interior design
and photography and developing e-marketing campaigns brochures

Responding to demand for its bathroom design service, interior design
specialist Evitavonni has appointed a new designer, Johanna Bush, who joins
with a degree in interior design from the Surrey Institute of Art and Design
University College. Following three years as a showroom manager for Fired
Earth, Johanna was keen to fulfil her passion for bathroom design and
is now working for Evitavonni on several large scale bathroom projects.

Redrow’s new community liaison officer in Devonport is committed to
keeping local people involved with the company’s Vision development as
it progresses. Sales consultant, Clare Taylor, has switched jobs to take on a
more community focused role and is looking forward to working with local
residents, the local authority, housing associations and community groups
to keep them informed of the scheme’s progress in rejuvenating the former
MoD South Yard Enclave.

Former business owner, William Walsh, found the perfect volunteer
role at Liverpool’s Habitat for Humanity. With over 40-years of experience,
including three decades running his own building company, William offered
the project a wealth of knowledge. He has since been crowned Liverpool’s
Habitat for Humanity’s new construction manager.
The Liverpool development is providing 32 new properties for local
families who substitute cash deposits for 500 hours ‘sweat equity’ during
construction. This labour counts as a £10,000 down-payment. Home owners
work alongside other volunteers, from all over the world, to help build

Jim Ditheridge has been appointed group development director at
Retirement Villages. With 22-years experience in the retirement living
sector, Jim said: “It’s an exciting time and a rewarding sector to be
involved in. You are building more than a house you are building a
community: really doing something for people.
“Geographically, there are gaps in the Retirement Villages portfolio
in the south of the country and the company has yet to really break into
the Midlands or North. I believe there are some prime opportunities in
